PRICES
All prices are set in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). As I am based in New Zealand, this makes my taxes a whole lot easier. If you wish to convert NZD into your local currency, the dropdown converter on my store will give you an indication of equivalent value.
Please note, I charge VAT on certain items sold to EU customers. This is added during the checkout process, so I can determine from your address whether you are liable to pay VAT. The rate of VAT will vary depending on your location and the tax rate of that location.
STOCK
Many of my items are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Personalised items which are not can take longer to be ready for dispatch. I will keep you informed of the progress of your order. When an item is pre-ordered and money is taken for that item (as I use PayPal, this is standard procedure), an expected shipping date will be communicated explicitly with the customer prior to purchase.

SENDING THE ORDER
Find the item you want to buy, add it to your cart and pay for it. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted; this email will tell you that you're due to receive a second email when we dispatch your order.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible. It may be that your order will already have been dispatched and I am unable to recall it. I cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. The only opportunity I have to cancel is when waiting for supply that is out of stock. Cancellation requests must be logged via the contact form, quoting your order number.
GUARANTEES & RETURNS
I will only replace items that are defective or sent in error. Please see my refund and returns policy for more information.
This is subject to you notifying me of the problem and returning the item to me within thirty days of receipt of the goods and providing a description of the damage or defect. Please contact me before returning items. Report faulty items via my contact form and I will give you return instructions.
