In the unlikely event that an item is found to be defective I will replace it at no charge. You will be asked to provide details and clear photos of the fault with the item.

If upon delivery the jewellery is damaged, please photograph the item and contact me ASAP so we can try to resolve the issue.

I cannot provide a refund for a personalised item if you change your mind.

Unfortunately I do not refund lost orders. Please understand that once it leaves my hands it is now in the responsibility of the Postal Service to get it to you safely. For an additional cost you may add tracking and insurance to your International order to protect against a lost package. New Zealand orders are tracked and insured by default.
